FLYING HIGH
You want to move on up in the world to avoid that middle age spread, but all that fresh air can actually be bad for your health. You can get a little stress relief by breathing ON THE MAT, while simultaneously letting your thoughts fly high. But not too high…….Dad might be to blame for the fact that you’re not sleeping, but sticking pins in him, won’t save your marriage, rather encourage him to give you nice things lock stock and barrel and step into the light EARLY. Be sure to check out this month’s Better Body TV episode, which flies in the face of conventional thinking as it reveals you don’t have to have a baby to be breast feeding.

Moving up in the world helps you avoid the middle age spread
Living in the RIGHT neighbourhood is important. And the RIGHT neighbourhood has…….
ALTITUDE
Not the loftiness of the neighbours, although the more airs & graces they have, the higher the odds, the neighbourhood will be officially categorized as “GOOD”. The altitude that matters is the height above sea level.
The Armed Forces Health Surveillance Centre discovered that when soldiers are stationed at military bases located at higher altitudes, specifically altitudes above 1 500 m, their waistlines expand more slowly. Click here to read more.
Researchers suspect the altitude effect is happening because there is less oxygen at higher altitudes i.e. hypoxia.
Hypoxia – sounds dangerous. EVERYONE KNOWS, oxygen is an absolute necessity, humans cannot survive without it. The oxygen drives the chemistry, that fuels our bodies. No fuel – no fire. So when oxygen runs low, the body switches to plan B. And this ends up being an anti-obesity strategy.
It’s time to MOVE. Put in for a transfer TODAY. Tell your boss you want to climb the altitude ladder and work on high ground, so you can enjoy the benefits of biologically based appetite suppression.
PS. Experiencing a little hypoxia is not the only way to exploit biology to control your food cravings. The CANDY FLOSS system uses biology to Tame Sugar Gremlins, click here to learn more.
When too much fresh air is bad for you
Taking in MORE FRESH AIR, is a lofty health goal…. something we should all aspire to. BUT, FRESH AIR is not the same as PURE AIR. No matter where you reside, the air you breathe includes pollutants….
- ammonia,
- sulphur dioxide,
- ozone, and
- nitrogen dioxide
For heavier folks…. FRESH AIR represents a two edged sword, because they’re getting, too much. Click here to read more.
All that extra air, passing in and out of the lungs, is accompanied by pollutants. So more air in, also means more pollutants are able to enter the lungs. Officially asthma and obesity are separate health problems, but, in reality, they often go together, this research suggests, it is not a co-incidence.
Breathing rates connect the two conditions.
Since the problem begins with too much “FRESH AIR” – the fix is to breathe less FRESH AIR. One option would be to switch to PURE AIR – this strategy works, but walking around with an oxygen tank strapped on your back all the time, is not all that practical. A more pragmatic option, is simply to breathe less FRESH AIR, by shedding a few pounds.
Asthma is another thing sugar gremlin’s are responsible for. Isn’t it time you took steps to TAME your SUGAR GREMLIN. Click here to learn more…..
Being ON THE MAT helps pregnant women beat stress
Modern day living is STRESSFUL. This stress does not disappear when you become pregnant, in fact, the shifts in physiology, coupled with the apprehension and responsibility of pregnancy, often mean pregnancy is more stressful than normal. And you’re not just eating for two, you’re stressing for two, too.
So stress management in pregnancy, is a priority. But, stress management options available for pregnant women are limited. Researchers from Manchester University, suggest taking up yoga. Read more about how yoga helps pregnant women de-stress.

If baby is keeping you awake all night, blame the Daddy
Your sleep is interrupted by screams of demand for sustenance. As you struggle to roll out of bed so you can satisfy your baby’s insistent calls………….. a thought crosses your mind.
Your baby is keeping you awake deliberately.
Quickly you dismiss this “unacceptable” thought. Good Moms don’t think such things.
But truth be told………..
YOUR BABY IS KEEPING YOU AWAKE, DELIBERATELY.
A recent article published in the Journal of Evolution, Medicine & Health, explains why babies don’t sleep through the night. It turns out, the less sleep you get, the longer it takes for the baby making equipment to come back on line. And this improves the odds your baby will survive. Click here to read more….
The wake mom up genes are located somewhere on chromosome 15q13. And as with all genes, baby gets one copy from Dad and one from Mom. Most of the time, both genes contribute to how you turn out. But this particular set of genes is special , you either run one blueprint or the other i.e. you’re either a Dad’s “baby” or a Mommy’s “baby”. The official term for this is imprinting.
When it comes to how well infants sleep, if junior runs the paternal imprint, Mom’s sleep ends up being more fragmented. Your sleepless night is Daddy’s fault !
