This month we’re uncovering a little dirt on the real dangers of cold drinks in cans, and throwing some dirt at the idea that eating too many calories makes you fat. It might be time to stop worrying about fat and start worrying about timing and pay careful attention to whose genes are coming to dinner. It seems, we could all be zombies dancing to the beat of our resident bacteria, but at least we’re now able to dance to the beat using sustainable energy. A little fancy foot work can keep respiratory infections out in the cold and a little fancy paperwork can get your kids eating their vegetables. Cha cha cha ! Don’t let a few bone cells stiffen up your arteries and be sure to do the hockey pockey with your hands, to get you thinking like a whizz.

It’s one of those classic Catch-22s.

To work properly, CoQ10 needs to get in — and for that, it needs fat.
